About our Baker
I’m Shelby, and my love for baking began in the kitchen with my mom, who taught me most of what I know. After years of dreaming, I finally started Lavender Bakery and I'm excited to challenge myself and see where life takes me.

Baking is more than making treats—it’s my creative outlet and a joyful challenge I get to share with others. I believe food connects people and cultures, and nothing makes me happier than eating something so delicious. I hope every bite brings you that same sense of joy and connection.
